We have rented from Newtown Party Rental on the past and had a wonderful experience. We used them recently for our granddaughter’s birthday party and the experience was sub-par. The communication from Newtown Party Rental was non-existent. The chairs were filthy and one was missing a pad. The tables were in poor condition- bowed, edges with staples sticking out, one missing edging, and the tops in poor condition. Suggestion is not to rent during prime party season.

This is the best company around to use for rentals! Not only are their prices competitive, but the staff and service has always been top tier! Steve and the crew who helped on site went above and beyond and we are so thankful for them. Can’t recommend them highly enough! We most recently used them for our Dark Carnival themed Art Auction. The photos speak for themselves!

I had an engagement party in my future in-laws backyard last weekend. We rented everything through Newtown Party Rental (tent, lights, tables, table clothes, chairs, etc.). I called ahead to see what time they would be coming to set up the day before to be sure someone was home, but they said they do not give out times. By the time I got to my in-laws, it was dark out. Newtown Party Rental did an amazing job helping us plan our 30th Anniversary Gala under the tent at Ridgeland Mansion. Rae answered all of questions in a timely manner and Steve was onsite the entire evening to ensure there were no unexpected issues or problems. A great company with great staff!

The items were very affordable. Dropped them off and picked them up the day they were supposed to. I kind of felt bad they had 1 person doing it all, especially in this heat. I guess because of covid, they just dropped everything outside and told us to do the same for pick up. The items weren’t clean, definitely had stains or food crumbs on them, so we had to wipe them down. They didn’t charge me until the day they were dropped off, so that’s good.
